If you’re on a Mac you can enjoy the PDF creation feature built into Hot Budget. Click the Generate PDF button and choose whether you want to output a PDF of the Original Budget, Running Budget, or the Actual and Hot Budget will produce the PDF document directly on your desktop and open it in your default PDF viewer.
2. Easy Migration from Hot Budget to Hot Budget
Porting a budget from one version of Hot Budget to another is easy. You can use the integrated migrate program to avoid the copy and paste job and port the budgetary data from a broken or expired copy to a current clean copy of Hot Budget.

Quickly calculate the estimated cost of addition overtime using the integrated overtime calculator. Start with the calculator based on data from the original budget or the running budget.
7. Integrated Travel Budget
Budget for flights, hotels, transportation, and per diem using the integrated travel budget. Apply the travel cost to any line within the budget or connect all travel to the cost summary page.
8. Import Timecard Batch .csv files into the Payroll Log
If your timecards were processed digitally and a compatible .csv file of the timecard data can be created then the .csv file can be imported into the payroll log programmatically and without the need to copy and paste.

Use the internal chart of accounts feature to incorporate your own company’s internal chart of accounts into HotBudget. Pair your internal accounts with the line items within the budget. Export a report that organized your cost by your own companies internal accounts.
